Financial Assistance for Health Conditions and Prescriptions

Children's Medical Services (CMS) helps with medical expenses for anyone with a physician-diagnosed health condition. Click here for a referral form. Send this form to holli.collier@dph.ga.gov. Once a form is submitted Children's Medical Services will call you.

MedBank helps with prescription drugs. This is a patient-assistance program provided by pharmaceutical companies. If you live in Pickens County and have a doctor who practices in Georgia, you can take advantage of the MedBank services offered in Whitfield and Murray counties.

Families should apply for PeachCare and Medicaid. If your family does not qualify for these programs Good Samaritan has a sliding scale program that allows you to pay based on your income.
