At Pickens County Schools, we know that good nutrition and learning go hand in hand!

The School Nutrition Services department is made up of a team of food and nutrition professionals that are dedicated to students' health, well being and their ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy habits for lifelong nutrition and fitness practices.  Our nutritional program serves meals that are high quality, nutritious, delicious and economical.  We serve over 1,000,000 meals every school year with an average of 5,000 meals per day.  During the summer, we provide meals at all Pickens County Schools.
